BPU400, boiler and
polishing equipment;
delivery in the
contiguous United
States;
installation,
commissioning,
training; and
service for one
year.
During the design
and build stage of
the project, your
Orbitek project
manager and an
Orbitek engineer
will visit your
facility to help
determine optimal
placement of the
BPU400, the boiler,
and the polishing
unit in relation to
tanks and transfer
systems.
When the time comes
for delivery and
installation the
on-site crew will
arrive at your
facility and your
unit will be
shipped. Orbitek’s
systems are skid
mounted and plug &
play which makes
installation a
relatively quick and
simple process.
Clients are
responsible for
bringing pipe to
within ten feet of
the designated skid
site and
installation
generally takes two
to four days.
Following
installation, the
Orbitek crew will
commission the unit
and ensure that fuel
quality is as
guaranteed. During
this entire process,
the Orbitek on-site
crew will also be
training your
personnel in all
aspects of
operations and
routine maintenance
for your system.
The design,
construction,
shipping, placement
and commissioning of
each system will be
based on information
provided by the
client. Variables
may include state
and local laws,
regulations and
restrictions
affecting the
placement and normal
operations of a
biodiesel production
